    If you this is your first time ordering Peptides you will need to speak with our Medical Director to get approval and guidance with the peptide you are wanting to order. A fee of $50 will be applies

    Once our Medical director approves your peptide. Fill out our Order Form

    Payment Plan Authorization Form

    Our team will reach out to you and discuss our payment options. Then you Fill out our Payment Plan Agreement and Payment Authorization forms.
